Animation has a lot of moving parts, so our process is built to keep things visible. You always know what stage you're in, what you're approving, and what comes next.
Each phase ends in a sign-off — nothing moves forward until you're happy. That's how we catch problems early, protect your budget, and make sure the final piece is exactly what you pictured.
The pipeline
We start by listening. What's the story, who's it for, where does it live, and what does success look like? We agree on scope, timeline and budget so everyone's aligned from day one.
The visual foundation. We develop characters, environments and style frames so the look and tone are locked before any animation begins.
We board the whole piece and cut it into a timed animatic with scratch audio. This is where pacing, camera and edit get tested — and fixed — while changes are still cheap.
The heart of it. We model, rig and animate — 2D or 3D — bringing weight, timing and personality to every shot until the world feels alive.
Lighting, compositing, colour, music and sound design come together. The little details that turn a rough cut into a finished film.
Final render in the formats and resolutions you need — broadcast, web, social. Source files and cut-downs on request. Done, and ready to share.
